The New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS (NSBBOR) has published the 1st Quarter market detail reports for 2017. The report describes member activity in the MLS for southeast Volusia county across all inventory.
Summary of Statistics:
The region continues to see a positive increase in sales. An increase in average sale price and median sale price are important to note. Time on market and time to close has decreased which can be translated as the real estate process for buyers is getting smoother. For sellers, inventory in the region continues to rise. The $150,000 – $250,000 and $400,000 – $1M are important price brackets to note as increased activity was reported for this quarter.
