Summary of Statistics
December shows increased inventory and rising prices in this sellerβs market.
Single family home closed sales are up compared to this time last year. Homebuyers are still searching the market and getting homes under contract. Pending inventory is down compared to this time last year. NSBβs winter season is slow all over town, not just in the real estate market. Average and median home prices are still up compared to this time last year.
Condo/Townhome sales leveled out compared to November 2017 with new inventory, pending sales and cash sales were all up compared to this time last year. Time to contract and time to sale appears to be taking longer compared to this time last year.
