Many private projects are moving forward:
- Crowβs Nest Bar & Grille (former Barracudas site) is now open for business! Features oceanfront dining
- Coronado Marine Village note (AOB site development): PUD rezoning app submitted
- Riverwalk condominiums, NW area of N Causeway: construction continues on several buildings
- Canal Street Pavilion, Canal St and N Orange Ave: under renovations. Owner, Dick Rosedale, has 4,000 sq. feet downstairs and has created another 4,000 sq. feet with a new second floor. Office and restaurant space for lease.
Many interesting state/county projects:
- FDOT study for a pedestrian path in US 1 Corridor, from State RD 44 to Daytona Beach.
- Intersection improvements at Canal Street intersection and US 1: add turn lanes and new drainage.
