According to the monthly market statistic for AprilΒ 2015, single family homesΒ in New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater and Oak Hill continue in a positive direction, which is important to note for sellers. Β Closed single family home sales show a 22% increase compared to this time last year with the average sale price increasing 27%. Β Condos and townhomesΒ show decreasing overallΒ closed sales, but average sale price increased by 7.7% compared to 2014. Manufactured homes and mobile homes show a decline overall with closed sales decreasing 66% compared to this time last year. This report is provided by the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS.
