Summary of Statistics:
November is considered a slow time of year in New Smyrna Beach.
Single family home sales were down compared to this time last year. Homebuyers are still searching and making good offers as pending home sales were up. New inventory came on the market as new listings were up compared to 2016.
Condo/Townhome sales remain strong with closed sales, pending sales, cash sales and new inventory were all up compared to this time last year.
